If god and heaven are a "spirtual realm," why would Jesus physical body be there? I am so confused.

In His physical body. On day we will be changed and we shall be like Him as He is.

Ok. If God created man in his own image, doesn't that tell you that it is more than a "spiritual realm"? Jesus came back after the ressurection and said he had flesh and bone, no blood because he sprinkled it on the alter in heaven for the final sacrifice. If you don't believe that, use your intelligence. There was a religious holiday beginning. They quickly took the 3 bodies off the crosses and quickly wrapped them for burial. On Sunday morning, after the religious holiday had passed, the 3 women went to the grave to annoint Jesus' body with the proper ointments. His body was gone. There is a rumor that it was stolen or moved or whatever. He was never embalmed, so, even if he didn't raise from the dead, his bones are powder and not recognizable as human bone. There is God, the Father, God,the son Jesus, and God the Spirit. Three that agree as one. In the beginning, God was on the earth and the Spirit moved across the face of the deep and then God said.... Jesus was with him in the beginning, because Jesus is the word and the word was with God in the beginning. Don't think, believe in your heart (soul) those things. You can't follow God with your head it has to be your heart.

Sitting on the right hand of Almighty God in heaven. Jesus Christ went up bodily in a cloud to heaven as men watched Him. He will return the same way the Bible tells us. He has a spiritual body that transcends time and space that man doesn't know how to produce.

He was born as a man, flesh and blood -- but 'flesh and blood' cannot go into heaven that's why when Jesus was resurrected He was resurrected into a glorious body that could go through walls e.g. when he appeared to the apostles after his resurrection.

yes, sin can cause a veil of confusion
Jesus was taken up into heaven whole..even the holes that the Romans made in His hands and feet.
As you believe so shall you receive..
Romans 10:13..for who so ever call upon the name of the Lord will be saved..also John 3:16. For God so Loved the world....
Pray and pray often
