no you will not get interest from it, call the company and ask for a the money to be sent to back to you, they will send it back via a cheque. Put this in an interest account at your bank (or have fun spending it), never leave money in a credit card because when you use it you are using your own money and therefore are not covered by their protection policy. Futher, if you are in credit you do not need a credit card get rid of it they only lead to trouble, and save for what you need!!

actually it is VERY VERY BAD!!!!
if you buy something with your credit card and there is a problem then you are covered by the credit card insurance and can get your money back from the credit card company if there is a problem.
however if you buy it with a credit balance, then you are using your own money and you are not covered.

Some crdit card companies are planning to charge people who run credit on their accounts. I would spend it asap.
