Love is unconditional. If you love them and they are dying, you need to show that love now more than ever. As far as sex, assuming that they are capable of having sex, just use a condom if you're concerned that you may contract the disease. I'm sure they don't want to be sick anymore than you want them to be. If you love them , you must accept the good with the bad and for GOD's Sake, don't let the disease change your feelings. That would be devastating!!

Well me personally i wouldnt but, people do it all the time. It also depends on what kind of deadly disease.
