I haven't included enough fat in my diet (not even close) for at least 5 years. I would say I maybe get 5-10 g a day? Is this a reason why I have trouble thinking???? And my complexion looks like $hit. It's really dull. What exactly would I see from not eating enough fat? Oh and my hair looks bad too.

Actually a lot of those symptoms may come from insufficient levels of the right kinds of fats. Consider an Omega 3 Fatty Acid Supplement.

Increasing your saturated fat intake (from meat) is not going to help so don't worry about that. ;-)

The article below gives lots of info, rather than me just doing a copy and paste I suggest you have a look.
Not eating enough fat can cause memory problems, start taking some omega 3, 6 and 9 supplements every day, they will help enormously within a few weeks.
Hair and skin will look dull with not enough fat, again the fish oil will help.

the only human beings no longer ingesting sufficient saturated fat would be ravenous, so that's puzzling to understand which of their situations is brought about with the help of loss of carbs, loss of protein, loss of supplements or loss of countless fat. I in simple terms had a speedy look on google student yet could no longer see any experiments utilising non-human animals to check out the end results of a nutrition plan with sufficient nutrient and potential intake yet inadequate fat intake. possibly no person has seen it until now. If it does have an impact it is going to probable be to do with cellular function as fat are used interior the cellular membranes and the form of the fatty acids making up the molecules are substantial interior the way they permit different molecules to bypass out and in of the cellular.

It might not be from not eating enough fat but it could be from other things in your diet that are missing due to not eating enough fat. You probably arent getting enough protein which is good for your hair and skin. You shouldn't continue eating the way you do. But if you decide to, start taking Biotin Vitamins to help your hair and skin
