what should i do if i am 16 and i know this guy who has just turned 20 and we want to be together but i know my parents won't approve and i'm kinda stuck in a situatio because hes in the army so a rarely get to see him.

I would just continue to be friends, and do not take this relationship to a physical level until you are older. Chances are by then you won't want him anymore but only time will tell.
