If you are in the U.S., and you're talking about the three credit bureaus here, you file a dispute with each of the credit bureaus on each individual item.

Stuff that is over 7 years old shouldn't be there anyway. They'll ask you for the reasons. Tell them you've been divorced for 11 years and haven't been responsible for your wife's debt in that time.

However, if she is still using credit cards that were joint accounts when you are married, you are going to have to go to each of the credit card companies and find out how to get your name off of those accounts.

You need to contact the credit bureaus and file a complaint or request a correction. If you did not spell out in your divorce decree that your credit cards and your wife's were to be separated and each of you responsible for your own debt, you might not be able to get a change. Your joint accounts were your responsibility and hers until the divorce. They can still be your responsibility if you did not cancel the cards and get new ones in your name only. If either of you still has an account that was open when you were married, you are still responsible. Contact Experian, Equifax, and/or TransUnion. These are the major credit bureaus in the US. All have websites that are very helpful.
