u dont.lol. puppies are very good at getting things. u basically have to baby proof your house. lock your cabnets and forget about socks with out holes. u can try crate training to help out. also its ok to tap your puppy on the nose when they grap something u dont them to. we use a squirt bottle of water on our cats and we find a small squirt of water at our puppy seems to make her stop what she is doing.

Depends on how big the pup is? The baby gates that make a big circle are great. You can get them at Toys r Us or Walmart.
Gives the puppy room to move around and at the same time keeps them from getting into trouble. Or you could get a crate. Good luck

While you could get a "playpen" for your puppy, that will not teach him to stay out of your stuff. The main thing is to be consistent. When he gets into something you don't want him to have you need to be firm with him tell him "no" in a louder than normal voice (not yelling). you need to do this EVERY time. If you ignore his behavior, it will not go away but may get worse. Consistencey is the key here. Remember to praise your pup when you tell him no and he listens. Dogs respond well to praise and tend to repeat behavior that earns them praise. Above all you need to have patience... Good Luck.

Pick up anything you don't want him to get into. Close the doors to rooms you want him to stay out. Puppy proof the whole house.

When he gets into something he shouldn't, just a loud NO is enough. Then distract him with a toy. He is a baby and you have to teach him where he can't go.

Anytime the puppy gets into things you don't want him to, shout no.
If this alone does not work, roll up a newspaper lightly and hit him lightly while saying in a very loud and firm voice NO. I never had to use the newspaper, my dogs responded to the loud no. Dogs are very easy to train, all you need is to be consistent. Make sure you don't say the puppies name when you say no, it would not work as well.

Pickle Juice works wonders. If not them I would get a Doberman to protect your valuables!

Try one of the sprays-usually sour apple-along with standard discipline.
