its the most frustrating thing in the world, but if they werent in you would continue to ring until they did pick up, as you wouldnt be aware that it was the wrong number.
The wrong number people are providing a valuble public service by never leaving their house. Imagine all those hours that would have been wasted trying to get through otherwise!

Ahaaa... but when they're out they dont answer but you wouldnt know coz you dialled the wrong number thinking it was a friend or family member

How do you know it's a "wrong" number? maybe the people on the other end are just kidding? so they have to be "in" if you know what I mean!
