Is it possible to take a neutral position?
there is such a thing as community responsibility.
If your in an organization that does bad things then your as responsible as they are for what is happening.
2 Thess. 1:8: “He brings vengeance upon those who [by choice] do not know God and those who do not obey the good news about our Lord Jesus.”
Matt. 24:37-39: “Just as the days of Noah were . . . they took no note until the flood came and swept them all away, so the presence of the Son of man will be.”
Matt. 12:30: “He that is not on my side is against me, and he that does not gather with me scatters.”
When God had the nation of Israel war against the pagan nations surrounding them, any who was in that nation was held accountable for what went on there.

Worry about your actions first .Romans 3:23 " For all have sinned and come short of the glory of God ". You will stand before God and he will judge you by the laws which are in the bible at judgment day . Have you swore ? Did drugs ? Have sex while not being married ? Have bad thoughts about some one? If you have you will have to answer for those sins ,be found guilty and be sent to hell by his laws forever. Confessing your sins to a Priest will not bring forgiveness. How can a priest forgive you when he is a sinner also ? Accepting Jesus as your savior is the only way out. Go to a Bible believing church is a start that will teach you about salvation through Jesus.

No. It's the same thing as when people tell you that if you choose not the vote, you are actually voting for whoever wins.
The important point you are overlooking isn't whether you are a good person or not. It's if you believe in God and Jesus being his son. If you do, your "goodness" will be the results of that belief. So, make no mistake about it, but your beliefs will be the issue on how you are judged.
There are many Atheists that are good-hearted people, but their beliefs aren't in sync with what God wants.

No it would not free us from accountablity, because we are a super power, it is our duty to help those who can not help them selves. Now this doesn't mean that we should step in EVERY time. We must make wise choices. But as a super power it's our duty to help where we can. We are accountable for it if we don't. Where much is given, much is also expected. Any way, in most cases we have to takes sides so that potential friend nations know we are there friends. By not helping...they don't know who's side we are on and we may make an enemy since we pose as a threat.

Are you perfect?
I don't think so!
It's our job in life to be proactive to making Our World a better place for us and Our Children, etc........................
If you're neutral, you're NOT doing your job, and God will make you accountable for you NOT doing your job!
Do you understand that, oh young one???
Here's the Solution:
"religion is Spiritual fraud"; "religion is the Worse invention of humanity" - Jesus Christ
Create a private, personal, direct, divine relationship with Our Creator and save your Soul from religion.
Only with Our Creator's Love and Peace will we be Truely Free!
Without God, there is No Love; Without religion, there are No Wars!

No because there is only one wrong thing to do in any situation
or crisis involving your fellow man whether large or small.......
and that is to do NOTHING.
Being neutral implies you are merely a spectator. "Loving thy neighbor" involves action and doing.
What you will ultimately be accountable for to yourself and the rest of mankind and to God is the fact that you did nothing,

Short of living as a recluse it's difficult to be neutral. We continually make choices in our lives that affect others and we can't avoid responsibility for the consequences of our actions.

depends if it was a choice on your part, or not. Think of the phrase "ignorance is bliss" ... that means "dumb on purpose"
If you choose to be "dumb", you are still accountable. If you are sheltered from the world, and had no choice, you would not be accountable for what happens.
However, regardless, you are always accountable for yourself.

No, If you see some thing wrong/sin, it is our duty to stop it,
1) By force
2) By words (tongue)
3) By thinking it as wrong. ( the last and weakest stage of faith)

All that is required for evil to win is for good men to do nothing.
A bit of a paraphrase, but captures the essence of the idea.
