Apart from trying Splodge's good idea, I'd recommend sea buckthorn oil. It's brilliant for all sorts of skin problems and will tighten your pores as well as lots of other healthy benefits.

You need to get magnesium carbonate powder mixed with witch hazel. You can buy these ingredients at hairdresser/beauty salon supplies. Mix the two ingredients until you get a paste like substance. Put that on your face and let it dry. Then wash off. It pulls the open pores together.

raw unpasteurized apple cider vinegar
twice a week, heat a quart of water, add 3 tablespoons vinegar, put towel over head, steam your face. then pat vinegar on face with a cotton ball to remove loosened dirt, repeat steaming and cleansing twice. then pat or spray chilled vinegar diluted with an equal amount of distilled water to close pores and tone skin. do steam cleansing twice weekly. use vinegar as a toner twice daily
