Rated 1984 ~
Reyes or Grant lace up training gloves. Ringside.com for the Reyes and Grant.com for the Grant gloves. Depending on your weight you should get 8oz if you're under 156 pounds and 10 or 12 oz if you're above 156 pounds. These gloves aren't cheap, but we're writing about your hands, you wouldn't run a marathon with shoes that you bought at Kmart would you? These gloves are hand made in Mexico from highest quality head leather.

If anyone writes to you to try Everlast, they have no idea what they are writing about or they are a Representative of Everlast. Everlast equipment is GARBAGE, complete and total. Stay away from sporting good stores that sell boxing equipment they sell garbage, you'll probably see "Evercrap" on their shelves.

Thanks for the question Rated 1984 and good luck finding the glove that works best for you. Tuf-War and Winning USA are good brands too.

Cleto Reyes super bag gloves. They could weigh anywhere between 12 to 16 oz. depending on how big you are. Check ringside.com for them. Always use hand wraps with your bag gloves.
