ok so i moved and left my friends and family,started a new job in a small office,theres a nice mix of male and female,everyone knows im out of town and the guys love my accent,i like to think im a attractive girl with a funny sense of humour and have fun with the guys here,recently though the girls havent been talking to me,inviting me to lunch etc im gettin the feelin they talk behind my back..i think they feel ive stolen there thunder,these chicks are the sort with of chicks with the fake tan,fake weave fake nails but they are pretty etc,i know its because the boys always involve me at lunch,breaks and they dont try and chat me up we just have a good laugh,whats up with these girls,i havent said anything offensive to them and get along with anyone but im not going to brown nose anyone,should i just have it out with them???

I am exactly the same!! I have brown hair, brown eyes and there is nothing fake about me! Im very proud of that! I am still attractive tho!
I used to have all male friends and always hung out with guys in the office and they would make the effort to come out for my birthday and we would go to the pub at lunch..etc..I always had such a laugh and Girls used to get really bitchy becuase they were not like me!
I think when you remove the Sex from a male and female relationship it can work really well.
All the guys knew I was not a Sl*g and so there was no point trying to get me into bed and so it was a friendship and we had a laugh! I always find Blokes better to get along with than women anyway!
I have to say now I have met my new partner and we have been together a couple of years he has put a stop to all my male friends, which i can understand in a way I dont think id like all his friends to be female! I get on with all his mates tho really well and again and now i get on with all their girlfriends as well so I have double the mates!
Dont worry about the fake bi**hes in your office, maybe if they stopped trying to impress everyone all the time they might actually have some fun in thier life!

thats why I love working in an all guy environment - theres no bitchiness!!!! Hun - if they werent off with you because the guys liked you more they'd find another reason to have a vendetta against you! I wouldnt let them see that they're bothering you - keep going the way you are - they'll soon realise that you're not actualy bothered at the lack of lunch invites or anything like that and will soon find something else to ***** over! Theres always one girl that fits in better with the lads - thats obviously you - and these other girls are instinctively going to be jealous of that - provided you dont flaunt yourself around the office then I see no reason to stop being the way you are!
Dont change anything yourself - stay talking to these girls the way you always have - maybe though as a change of rule why dont you invite them out to lunch away from the lads so you can have a girlie lunch and give these girls a chance to get to know you and hopefully they'll like you as much as the guys do in time!

i have a similar issue at work
those sort of people tend to hang themself
Im not a dolly bird kinda girl but i mkae guys laugh and im quite self asssured
are you a bit of a loner and you dont join gangs cause people dont like it when people dont join their gang
i would say they are jealous dont have it out with them cause you just give them reason to call you paranoid
i would just ignore them and be as underhand as them
just jealous someone who has to premote themself with fake hair nails tan breasts isnt really very self assured
i believe the term is t*rd buffing
jealous girlie gangs get nasty but remeber they are at work they cant push it too far
personally just play on it
make a point of having fun with the guys

Maybe you are reading too much into it V......
I wouldn't worry about it tho if they are threatened by you (as you suggest) they can't be very intelligent women (no offense) - you may just get along with guys better as do alot of women!
Some females can be real bitches - all women will admit to this I'm sure.....
Don't bother worrying about it tho!

I would not really be bothered with what other people are thinking, afterall people will always talk. But if you cant take it any longer, why not find out just what is going on?
