What is the job of Lance Corporal in the army? specifically the parachute regiment?

To "special" edd above: The BRITISH Army does have Lance-Corporals and as the question specified Parachute Regiment, then your answer was WRONG.

private takes **** from all
l cpl takes **** from most gives **** to private
a lance cpl in the paras or the infantry in general is in command of a 3 men plus himself 2 of these make up 8 man section led by a cpl 6 privates 1 lcpl and 1 cpl the lance jacks job is to assist in command of the section he is 2ic and oversees his 3 men in combat

Lance corporal is a Marine rank, not an army rank.

There are no Lance Corporal in the Army, see your question for Sergeant I answered all of them, by the way..do you like wasting points by asking so many questions? you could of just grouped them all together in one question.
