My daughter used bleach twice already, then tried mixing some bleach with shampoo, but she still has some pink left. Her hair is damaged & she is afraid to bleach it anymore, but she hates the color it is now. Anyone know of anything that will take the rest of the color out without damaging it more?

Either see a professional or call the Clairol Hotline (you can get this 800 number from the directory). The people at Clairol will tell you exactly what you need to do to correct this problem.

In the salon, we would just use more bleach. That, a good haircut, or coloring over it. However, I wouldn't recommend doing that at home. Due to the poor condition of her hair, the results could be catastrophic. Best wishes.

go get her hair stripped. Thats what you should have done in the first place. You can also buy shampoo that strips hair at a beauty supply store. Bleaching it permanently damages it.

Time to see a professional and stop fooling around. Her hair could literally all fall out!
