i just need to know what is the difference between a permanent address and a relative address???

In general ,Permanent address is actual location or adress of item/Data whearas Relative address is address of Permanent address. For Eg in Memory location 1004 item "D" is stored .
So 1004 would be permanent address of D whearas Relative address will store address 1004.
