why do i have irritation and itching durin stool passing out in anus area?

im age 24 girl ,never had sex,i have this daefication pain,itchin was earlier,but now there's a lot of irritation and burning sensation in anus area,i dont remember but it started few weeks back ,i use vaseline sometime when i cant tolerate the pain n burnin but it doesnt helps,plz help me out or atleast reply me which catagory of doctors should i visit for this problem

What you describe could be a small tear in your back passage or maybe internal piles. Do you get any bleeding when you pass a motion? You should see your regular GP (or female GP in practice who can look to see if obvious) and they can refer you for opinion at hospital if cannot find cause. creams such as anusol should be more soothing than vaseline.

Also try to drink lots of fluids, and orange juice/fruit if suffer from constipation as it may be that motion is so hard that is why causing pain. If this is the case you can buy lactulose a liquid softener from the chemist which will ease this. Your GP can prescribe it for you.
