There are far too many to mention, but the history of their introduction is complex. The Romans brought some when they started building in Britain, hence the wealth of architectural terms. They also started planting their own favourite crops and introduced such things as rabbits, so biological terms were introduced. As the language of the Church was Latin, many ecclesiastical words are Latin based. It must be remembered too that Latin was for many centuries the language of learning, so again many academic terms find their roots in Latin. All this was bolstered by the Norman French, who imposed their own Latin based language everywhere. I have not been able to come up with a good list, but here's a link or two. http://home.bluemarble.net/~langmin/miniatures/welsh.htm
