and get in a long-term relationship with him?

He is kind-hearted, loving and has a great sense of humor.

But...

He is turning 34, yet still shares a 3-bed-room apartment with 2 guys. ( They are all straight in case some of you may wonder if he is gay). He does not drive and has no driver's license. He lives in a big city so there is public transportation. He has a job that pays the bill and finds it very hard to save. He is a smoker.

I personally dont date smokers. Everything else is cool though. Cars and things dont flatter me as long as the guy treats me good. And the good thing is that u DO have a job. Whether u are making all the money in the world is besides the point. The point is that u have enough drive to take care of yourself. However there is ALWAYS room for improvement and u have to be constantly changing for the better, u cant stay in one place in your life forever

Yes, we could work on the budget. I am sure there are many women who would date him. He is living with two other men, not abnormal probably saving money. He lives in a major city with public transportation so no need for a drivers license. He works, therefore he has a work ethic. He smokes? We could work on that one also. God bless****

At least he doesn't live at home with his mommy!

I'd be really careful with this one...does he party a lot? You can count on ZERO privacy....nothing sacred between the 2 of you...if he can't save money then he will be looking for you for back-up. Smoking is a big issue...have you ever licked an ashtray???

Hhmm... the question is? is he your type? if he is go for it girl!
Is your qualification for a husband have to be a non-smoker, does know how to drive and thrifty? If that's what you're looking for. then forget the guy and find another.
But i think he's ok, it's just that he smokes! I hate smokers.

*He's 34: Age is nothing but a number. * He shares a flat with two guys: He's a guy, guys like sharing the rent even if they are not good savers. * He's a smoker : If you dont like a smoker, don't date him.
That's what I'd do.

I wouldn't date him because his circumstances are already far to complicated and he's a smoker. Nope, save yourself from certain grief with this guy and move on.
