Definately c.

Both birds and mammals have a septum between the ventricles - arterial and venal blood does not mix, thus the cells receive more oxygen. Metabolism in both is faster, more warmth is produced and their temperature does not depend on the temperature of the environment - they are warm blooded.

Some mammals such as the platypus do lay eggs like birds but feed their youngs with milk.

So the correct answer is c. The air sucs help birds get more oxygen from the air they inhale, which they need while flying.
