How can I do it? I have four kids three of them school age and one 2 yrs old. I need maybe a diet that I can do it without quitting. I have so little time for me because I work and @ night with homework and baseball + soccer practices I'm not getting enought time for me. I want to be proud of my self and my husband to be proud of me in the summer. I want to feel good!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thanks have a nice day!!

If you could get up a little eariler in the morning and workout for 30-45 minutes then you could do that 5 times a week. I'm not a morning person so I can't workout then.
Try talking to your husband and tell him you want to loose weight. Ask him if he would help the kids with homework 3 or times a week so you can workout for 30-45 minutes at night.
As if you get break at work or have down time. Take some 3 and 5 lbs weight with you. This is when I get my weights in. Try lifting weight every other day if possible. Also go off alcohol for a month. That currently what my goal this month is....except st paddy's weekend. :)
Drink a lot of water and replace soda's with diet soda. For lunch stick to smart one meals or lean pockets during the week at work.

On the weekends maybe you and your husband could do fun activity with the kids even. Like Frisbee Golf, Tennis, riding bikes, ect.

We have the same goal...30 lbs in 3 months. So far i've lost 25 lbs. since Sept 06. You can loose 10 lbs in a month...you just have to work at it. I lost 6 lbs last month and only workout about 14 days the whole month. You "HAVE" to workout though. Make a workout calendar. update it daily. I lost 105 pounds in 6 months. Here is how I did it.
1. Every morning get up and walk for 45 minutes. You can start with less time, but you want to get up to 45 minutes, and it must be fast walk. You want your heart rate to go up. It must be in the morning, it kick starts your metabolism.
2. I cut out Red Meat, and fatty foods. Boneless skinnless chicken breast, baked, or grilled, rice and vegetables (steamed).
3. Eat half. Just eat half of what you normally eat. Put 1/2 on your plate, and put the rest away. Cook less. When you go to fast food, get salads only. Or grilled chicken. No fries, only diet soda. Or water.

It will work, once you get into a routine, you will get hooked on the results, and you will keep the routine. It has been over a year for me.

Also start counting your calories. Write them down. You would be amazed as to how much more aware you are of your caloric intake, if you actually write it down. We recently discovered a site that offers a great program that counts calories, as well as keeps track of everything. It allows multiple users, so everyone in the family can keep track. They offer a free 7 day trial, and so far I am very impressed with the product. Try the 7 days and see. It allows you to add the exercise that you do during the day, which increases the amount of calories you can take in. Very Cool!!

Check out Hoodia - it is getting great reviews and it is a simple approach to weight loss for busy individuals. It will be good for your energy levels and will suppress your appetite. Depending on your current weight 30 lbs can be a lot to lose in that amount of time. If you are not comfortable taking pills, just monitor your calories and try to get in some form of exercise in a day. This method may take longer, but it's safe and efficient. Although it feels like you don't have time or energy to exercise, you will always feel better after you do it. Water is another vital element. you can eat less carbs like bread, rice, and pastas.... u should eat breakfast and lunch but never eat at night, give urself a time limit to eat say 7:00 after that time u shouldnt eat anything and drink anything u can drink only if u need to (water not juice)...as much as possible eat only a little at lunch but dont finish untill u are full, between meals u can eat cucumber because it has 90%water, drink a lot of water.

the important thing is to exercise for ur case u havent got time so you can do them when u send ur kids to practise if there are stairs ear u and u can just go up and down that very good for ur weight lost, thighs, and body shape.....

the main source of staying in a diet u should never weigh urself except at first and right it down after 2 or 3 months u will be surprized....

first you have to change your diet. DO NOT GO FOR AMERICAN DIET. I recommend Taiwanese diet or Japanese diet. eat healthy and eat little. Coz thats what I do myself. like breakfast, you only have a banana with yougart, one boiled water and some milk and soymilk. Then lunch is turkey sandwitch with a lot vegetables, during dinner, don't eat any potatoes but only a very light soup (vegetale soup) and be sure to have it by 8:00pm and nothing goes to your mouth after 8:00pm with exercise, then you can lose a lot of weight especially your tummy!

take vitamin es don't eat too much and high calorie foods drink green tea this will mace you not not feel tired and there are planets like ortosiphone and pilosele which can help you go to WC . pi pi but u must drink 1.5 or 2 liters water this 2 planets helped me .u can by it from pharmacy from company boiron.and first of all pray to Jesus.

30lbs is a big number and feels untouchable...can you say to yourself...I would like to lose 10lbs by next month...it feels more realistic and touchable...when you reach those 10 then work on another 10...and when you reach the first 10...treat yourself to dinner with your husband...when your husband sees how great you feel about yourself...then he'll be attracted to that spark...and that's more fuel in the fire to continue on...good luck

dont eat any junk food and always eat healthy. drink lots of water but no more than 8 cups. alwaays exercise! wish ya luck! but don do drugs
