Im glad u said Good FIGHT, at least that makes it easier to answer the question. YES james would have given doakes a VERY good fight, However I dont think he could BEAT Doakes, When it came down to the Bigg fights Quick couldnt cllose tha deals" he had a lot of trouble winning tha BIGG fights, he was good at hanging tuff as in his fight with Mike Tyson, he just wasnt a winner. But he was a difficult draw.

wouldn't have beat him, but probably could have at least went the distaNCE
