You should wonder if you have a healthy lifestyle. Doing sports helps a lot reduce anger, especially martial arts that help you focus and direct your anger towards something positive. As for medication talk to your doctor. Hope you will get better.

Medication will only make things worse. If you take medication you will feel like crap and then you will start taking antidepressants.Try talking to your girlfriend about it. As for getting the anger off your shoulders, talk to a consolour.

It would not be fair to her or you to continue the relationship, some people do just "rub one another up the wrong way" a lot, it may be very difficult to know why, maybe the chemistry is just wrong, but with another person it could be very different. Sorry, I guess that a large part of you wants to stay with her, but you will make each other unhappy if you go on as you are.

My girlfriend is almost always angry with me for no reason. But, I have learned, there are always reasons.

Meds only mask things going on temporarily. Do yourself a good deed and confront what's really bothering you so that you two can get along or move on.
