Because we are supposed to look at the world around us and CHOOSE him. Hard to do isn't it. I know for me I look at the world and I am glad I have him.

God created a perfect world without sin and error. Man ruined that when Adam disobeyed God in the Garden of Eden. After that a curse was put on all the world, which allows pain, sorrow, and death into the world. Satan can only do so much in this world, God is still in control. The problems of the world are caused by the sin in the world.

God gave everyone a free will, that's why we have indecent people here on earth, God let them choose who they want to be. if He didn't let us choose, we would all be robots. the Bible says that Satan is the ruler of the dark powers of the world. Don't let Satan get you thinking that the problems in the world are God's fault, that's exactly what he want's you to think. all of the problems are from Satan and are the effects of sin which he helped introduce to the world. it's not God's fault, He originally designed a perfect world. Satan is the one who ruined it.

Don't get discouraged! Keep looking UP!

God created His creation perfect but the sin of man through the exercise of his free will has created all the mess in the world. To redeem and restore the world God has sent His Son, Jesus Christ, to redeem and restore mankind first. This is why in Rom 8:19-21 all creation waits in earnest expectation for the restoration of mankind. For when mankind is restored so also the whole creation. Every born again Christian who is redeemed and restored by God become part of His solution to the mess in the world. So when more people have received God's redemption and restoration in their lives the better the world will be. God has called us to love others as He has loved us as we are grounded and rooted in His love. Our warfare is not against people but against the wicked powers in the heavenly places which Jesus has defeated on the cross anyway so that we can fight from victory. I hope this helps you understand a bit of God's ways. God comfort and bless you.

Again. SATAN just means not true. This world is made by opposites - low/high, big/small, white/black, good/bad, .... So it is not true as it is all the time clanging and is unstable. There are many misunderstandings in religious books because of their writers, translation, etc...Actually our mind works like that because of his nature which has a tendency to discriminate. Actually if you look deeply of what is happening you will realize that mind really do not know the truth, and to come closer to the end, whose truth. So until you are living in the world of time and space and of duality, so called bad people will exist, and so called good people will exist also. You will do so called good things and so called bad things. But what is actually good and what is actually wrong. From position of god something that is bad for you could be very much necessary.

The Bible was originally 37 gospels long, but was edited down to 12. Each time it was translated, a little of the original content was lost, and each time before the Magna Carta, the King at the time screwed it up for his own political ends. (Especially King James.)

The Bible was written by man, not God. If ANYONE loves you, they won't send you to Hell over anything. An all loving god wouldn't even create a hell.

You can believe in God without worshipping him. About the problems in the world however, perhaps God doesn't have the power to stop them. I may get some hate mail for this, but I don't understand why a loving god would allow such things either.

This is a hard question, that many, myself included struggle with. Have you read the parable of the sower?

Matthew 13:24 and following:

Jesus told them another parable: "The kingdom of heaven is like a man who sowed good seed in his field. But while everyone was sleeping, his enemy came and sowed weeds among the wheat, and went away. When the wheat sprouted and formed heads, then the weeds also appeared.

"The owner's servants came to him and said, 'Sir, didn't you sow good seed in your field? Where then did the weeds come from?'

" 'An enemy did this,' he replied.
"The servants asked him, 'Do you want us to go and pull them up?'

" 'No,' he answered, 'because while you are pulling the weeds, you may root up the wheat with them. Let both grow together until the harvest. At that time I will tell the harvesters: First collect the weeds and tie them in bundles to be burned; then gather the wheat and bring it into my barn.
