no, my friend. You are wrong. What you want to ask I think is "are there any Brazilians or British on here" and the answers is yes! there are many British people on here, and probably a few Brazileiros!

1. Find a Portugese / English dictionary and perhaps a "teach yourself English" book for Portugese speakers.
2. Take English classes
3. Try to read and write as much as you can in English - the more you do, the more you will learn.
4. Make friends with as many English speaking people as you can and try to speak to them in English as much as possible. If you don't understand something, tell them you don't understand and ask them clarify or explain what they mean in terms that you do understand.
It is only through experience in communicating with English speakers that you will truly become more proficient in the language.
Asking questions and reading answers on this site is certainly a good idea as well.
