The only branches that have medical opportunities (assuming you mean job wise), is the Army, Navy, and Air Force. The occupations are the same, regardless of branch. HOWEVER, the Army is the only one that will guarantee the job that you choose.

Any branch has tons of opportunities in the medical field. Each branch has at least 100 different jobs. The Air Force and Navy are more technical than the Marines or Army.

I'm Army, but I would recommend the Navy for those areas.
