Back in my hippie days, we would fry wine. Put it in a pan and heat it. Lean over and inhale the alcohol fumes as they rose. If you don't like that, and just want cheap, Old English 800 and a pint of cheap tequila. Even Nance Pelosi looks cute after that!

the most potent wud be absinthe but a cheap bottle of vodka neat on an empty stomach should be far cheaper

Very carefully melt a tin of shoe polish over a candle, when it is liquid sip it and in about 30 seconds it will make you feel like you have been blasted into lunar orbit.But do not try it unless you are serious.I s..t you not.

get a litre of some cheap no-name vodka and some red kick(cheap version of redbull) drink that in 30 mins and that should do the trick
