You don't give your age, but I guess from the question and the fact that you don't spell check that it is 15 to 20 years.

This being the case you have probably had acne, which has resulted in scarring. The scars may improve with age, but will not disappear, nor is anything you put on them going to help.

If you still have active spots go see your GP who can help and this will reduce the risk of further scarring.

I have read that scar-reducing creams are the best for this and I bought Bio-Oil to test the theory out but I found it made my skin greasy and the spots returned but if your skin is a lot drier now it may work for you. Another idea is micr-dermabrasion at a salon (or they do home kits now) which evens out all the layers of your skin - all the stars have it done and is meant to be great for scarred skin from spots.

I've heard of this cream they sell in Boots called Fade Out, but I don't know if it's any good.
Also honey is supposed to be good, (eg putting honey on the marks at night & perhaps covering them for at least a week.)

get an acid peel - week in the house to go with it but it reduces the outer edge of the scarring and makes it smoother. 4x acid peels = @£700. but its for the rest of your life. The scars do fade over years but they never go away with just creams
