Having too much to do in a short amount of time is extremely stressful. And, to deal with it day after day is brutal on yourself.
Can you take short breaks in the midst of your day to recharge, to do and think of things that you like to do like check your email or get a coffee?
When you have free time ofr yourself, are you able to enjoy it? And if you don't have free time, why not? It is important to have down time for yourself.
Also, changing your perspective can make a big difference. I read a while back in a newsgroup that this most impactful change that can be made by someone in any situation. There are so many things that we cannot change; but, we will always be able to control how we look at life. I've found this to be pretty accurate.
Other ways to get rid of stress -- get yourself a massage, use aromoatherapy, exercise -- invest time in yourself.
Hang in there!

These are few tips told by the meditation mastreos in India.
1) Close your eyes and listen to the light music (only one or two instruments played) or what ever u like, but it has to touch ur heart and visualize nature while listening to the music. Eg: Mountains, green valley, cool breeze and ur rowing the boat like that.....
2) Observe ur breathe (inspiration and expiration). Breath constantly and slowly.
3) Do simple exercises and play ur favourite music and dance
4) Its very important to SMILE :-) before u get up from the bed early in the morning. Keep smile whenever u feel stressed. It gives a lot of energy.
5) Eat any Citrus fruit.
6) Chocolate will gives relief from stress ( I read it in a newpaper that chocolate has a quality to reduce stress
7) Play with kids coz they won't play with ur life like grown up HUMANS.
8) Listen or read jokes.
Enjoy the life whenever possible.

I don't know about what you SHOULD do, but here are some ideas: -scream into a pillow -write down all your angry thoughts and rip them up -write a poem -watch tv/go on the internet to distract yourself -do some homework/work -clean your room basically anything that would make you think/sort out how you feel/take your mind off your bad feelings.

Yoga works for me. I also discontinued taking on extra job responsibilities that I had been cramming into my week, which had been leaving me little time to do things that I really enjoy. What a difference! I now have more time to hike, swim and relax with an interesting book.
