crest whitestripes supreme?

does anyone know how to use crest whitestrips supreme? Am I suppose to brush and floss before putting them on? Do I brush and floss after taking them off? help!

The chemical makes your teeth very sensitive. I'd suggest brushing and flossing, and WAITING for about 30 minutes (and not eating anything in the meantime!) and then using the whitening strips.

I've tried doing it the other ways - either right before or right after, and both times my teeth were WAY too sensitive!
