Just wondering if there are others out there that eat things other then what you usually have for breakfast?

Yes! I frequently have a lot of vegetables in my breakfast - salady ones, though I do have to have the carbohydrate for my diabetes.

You could do a layered salad in a glass bowl or large glass and add a healthy light dressing at the last minute. Though, I am not keen on having to prepare everything before I eat!

Yes, actually, a few weeks ago. Leftover Greek salad, and it was a bit wimpy, but still yummers. I often eat non-breakfast things, because I don't want to eat a lot in the morning. We tend to have a full cooked breakfast for supper once in a while.

Yes, I have whatever I want, when I eat breakfast. I usually just have coffee with milk.

A salad is much more healthy than traditional breakfast foods.

I eat salad for breakfast all the time. I also eat cauliflower and cheese, mac and cheese, mashed potato and gravy, or leftovers from the night before. I have multiple food allergies, so most breakfast type foods are out of the question for me.
