There is nothing you can do to make yourself "grow". The idea of going in the morning sounds enticing, but the reality is you don't stay taller very long in the morning. Also, the maximum height someone might gain during the night could be1" but that's rare. By the time you start walking and compressing the spine again, you'll be back to your original height.

I dont know if this will help but at alot of drug stores there is a suppliment out there called "Hight max" and I am not sure that it will/can help you. I have never seen any action and I have never seen any after results from customers. I have the same problem (with being short) and I am not too sure about the suppliment. A session with a chiropractor can add a little to your height as can yoga.
Make sure you get measured early in the day.
Wear thick socks.
Learn to stand up straight.

Apparently you are considerably taller in the morning, as the weight of your head pushes you down by the end of the day! try going for the interview in the morning lol

You can hang upside down. there are some devices that come with shoes that have hooks. You hook the shoe hooks on a bar and hang upside down. hanging upside down will decompress you spine and give you the cm you need to pass the height requirement.

yoga is the only safe method i know.obviously you wont grow 2 foot overnight or anything, but all the stretching is said to lengthen the spine.i always feel taller after doing it, but it could be that my posture has improved.failing that, high heels maybe!!

reportedly Yoga can help to lengthen your spine also you are taller at the beginning of the day then at the end so get them to measure you earlier on.

First thing in the morning you are at your tallest and would certainly make up that 1cm!
