cos i'm getting one when i'm older and wanna no wat it's like to live with one.

they only need what you need you, get back what you give, they are a great companion and friend. This is easy ,you treat them the you would bring up a child, they are very intelligent they can feel the need to be loved and toughed how to behave just to get your appraisal. Good choice of dog,

They are a great breed of dogs, I own a 7 year old chocolate male, a 5 year old yellow female, and a 4 month old chocolate female. The thing about labs is that they love to "work" in that I mean that they were and still are bread for retrieving. If you can take them out on a regular basis and "work" them they will be happier dogs. They also have an strong desire to please you(the owner) and if you keep them happy the stronger the bond between you and the dog will be.

Fantastic, Great dogs. I have a chocolate lab and she is adorable, playfull. affectionate and loves people and other dogs. They are always ready for food and will eat more or less anything. Wouldn.t be without mine.

Amazing
They're fantastically loyal. My black Lab "Candie" has just gone onto further Guide Dog training, and I miss her like crazy. She loved cuddles and snuggling up to my feet.
Don't get me wrong, they have their moments............Labs love food, of any kind!!! In fact they'll eat almost anything. But they train really well (especially if you use treats!!!)

We have two labs - one of them is mine. He's mental! lol Although he's 3 this year, he's still as mad as a puppy! He's great fun though and can play for hours! Great company :-D

they are a great dog to live with i have a 6year old black one and he still thinks he is a puppy!
they are energetic, playful, love being around people, and love their walks and their food!!!!!!
