Absolutely. Fruits still have vitamins and antioxidants no matter what you cover them with.

Chocolate (especially dark chocolate) also has cancer-fighting anti-oxidants.

As long as you treat chocolate-dipped fruit as a once-in-a-while treat and not as an every-day, 1000 calorie dietary addition, then you shouldn't have a real problem...

Yes, plus you will get the fat and sugar that is in the chocolate. topical friut/nut fats (yes, even chocolate) are really bad for you if you have cholesterol issues or if you need to lower your fat intake, I would pass on the chocolate, I usually sprinkle some splenda on fruit if it is not sweet enough. The lesser of two evils, IMO

Yes. My favourite is dipping strawberries into chocolate, letting them set on a plate and dusting with a sprinkle of icing sugar. Decorate with a few mint leaves, et voila easy dessert to impress friends and family.

You'll get the same vitamins, provided they are raw with the skin on. You will just be adding calories, sugar and fat, which doesn't make it worth while. You're obviously better off eating plain, raw fruit. :) (Though with chocolate is MUCH tastier.)

Of course, but you'll also get the same calories from the chocolate. ;o)
