afer running a a program its happened. even when i closed it and unistall it and even restarting it many time it didnt went back . i tried to go personalizing and change the theme or color but there is no aero any more...help...plz.

Programs with compatibility issues regarding the Aero interface automatically change the theme to Vista Basic. It should change back when you close the program, however sometimes you'll need to change it back manually.
You do it by right clicking on your desktop, click on Personalize, click on Theme and then choose the proper theme you want.

If you paid for Vista, call Microsoft. If it came with a new PC, call the manufacturer.
If none of the above, try Kubuntu.
