when i click, to open HELP AND SUPPORT, it takes about two minutes for page to open. What can i do to solve this problem? other pages works fine.

Help and support is pretty detailed. and long winding stuff.

I have a new computer and it takes about 20 seconds to show that page, it is a slow page to load. I guess Microsoft help is sometimes worse than the problem you are looking to resolve.
Your computer memory being low could be the reason this takes so long. Make sure you scan your computer for SpyWare using something like SpyBot as Spyware looks into new HTML pages being opened and can be why you are having this problem. The Help And Support is a HTML page.
Also, Internet Security software could cause the same thing too.
