No , you can buy bottled water that has flouride in it but just regular bottles of water does not.

I have just looked at my bottle of water and it does not have fluoride in it. Best read the label to be sure though. hope that helps you.

no, you can get it with fluoride, its more costly. Tap water has it though.. but its not as good for you with bacteria
