1/2 cup orange juice
1/4 cup tamari sauce
2 Tbls. grated fresh ginger
3 cloves garlic, crushed
2 Tbls. honey
2 tsp. Chinese sesame oil
2 Tbls. cornstarch

also try

Ingredients:
1/2 cup chicken broth (canned, or use bouillon and water)
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons dry white wine
1 teaspoon brown sugar
1 clove garlic, minced
or
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
2 tablespoons cold water
1 1/2 teaspoon cornstarch

Directions:

Mix all ingredients except for cold water and cornstarch. Add the combined ingredients to stir-fried meat and vegetable mixture. Simmer for a few minutes, until vegetables are tender-crisp. Meanwhile, blend cornstarch with cold water. When vegetables are done to your taste, blend in cornstarch-water mixture and simmer, stirring, just until sauce thickens slightly and turns clear. Serve.

Combine the 1st 6 ingredients.
Place the cornstarch into a bowl; whisk the liquid mixture into it. Set aside, but keep the whisk handy, as you will need to whisk the sauce again just before you pour it into the saute.

Add this sauce to a wok, full of vegetables about 2/3 of the way through cooking.
Make sure you stir your veggies so that the sauce coats them.

I love stir frys too and always use this:
Marinade the meat (even 30 mins is good) with 2 cloves of fresh garlic,1 fresh chilli-finely chopped (but you can leave that out) 1 tablespoon of Oyster Sauce and a good splash of Chinese cooking wine. Brown your chicken & remove from Wok/Pan. Stir fry your vegies in some Sesame Oil and Maggi (liquid) Seasoning (I'm from Oz-not sure if U can get it where you R). Return chicken to the pan and add a dollop of sweet chilli sauce, a dollop of sweet soy sauce (Kecap Manis) and 2 big tablespoons of Hoi Sin Sauce (Lee Kum Kee is the best).
Trust me, use these ingredients and you can't go wrong!
Bon Apetite!

I luuuuurve Thai and know them all! :) All to be found in good supermarkets or Asian stores are : 'Char Sui' sauce, 'Hoi Sin' sauce, Oyster sauce. Or use soy sauce as your base and choose from a mixture of the following ingredients; lime, lemon, ginger, honey, lemon grass. If you've made it too sweet or too sour, counteract it with the opposite ingredient. I.e. too sweet - add lemon or lime, too sour - add a bit of honey! Just be careful with citrus, when poured directly onto a meat it will begin to cook it so make sure the meat is either browned or dosed with a bit of oil. Don't forget to cashew nuts for a bit of variation! :o) enjoy!

you are able to yet it is a more suitable positive sauce on your stir-fry: start up with 3/4 c boiling water and upload a million tsp fowl base (like a bouillon dice in reality moister). Stir properly. upload a touch black pepper and about a million/4 c soy sauce. upload 3 glugs of oyster sauce, a million/2 tsp of floor ginger, a million/3 tsp sesame oil or about 12 drops. mixture properly and use that as needed even as doing all of your stir-fry. upload the perfect of it in only before it truly is complete and then in case you want, dissolve 2 T cornstarch in chilly water and slowly upload that in diverse aspects of your pan to thicken the sauce and substances each little thing that chinese eating position glazed look on the food. wish that permits. The hoisin sauce is truly sweet so putting it with the soy sauce, you'll have a kind of sweet soy flavor occurring.

Hi,

Try Oyster Sauce which you can get from any Chinese supermarket, it is really lovely and tasty. You could add to your stirfrys fresh chopped up ginger, not too much though.

if you eat meat with your stirfrys etc you should really try Yoshida sauce, it's delicious. all you need to do is cook either your meat, chicken etc in the sauce and you'll have the tastiest stirfry ever!

Yoshida kind of marinates your food as it cooks and then all you need to do is add your veg/noodles once your meat is cooked et voila!

good luck bon appetit!

Replace some of the oil with a teaspoon of toasted sesame oil, add plenty of teryaki, then some grated fresh ginger, about 2 teaspoons or to taste.
The easiest way to grate fresh ginger is freeze it, grate it from frozen and the skin and fibre stay on the grater. Use the finest grater, the one you use for nutmeg.
