They are all good options but Japanese and Chinese take lot to be learned. Depends on the time u have. Spanish wont take u so long if u compare.

I would say Mandarin Chinese, that's where all the business is and you can be payed so much more if you Speak the language

Spanish obviously. You'll get a large geographical coverage of spanish speaking people - and believe me, most of them love to travel !
