A good rule of thumb is 3 days for any leftovers. If you follow that you reduce any chance of food born illness. Quiche, however has a tendency to get soggy and wet after a few hours.Try to take out only what you need. You can do that 1 of 2 ways. Either cook it in small individual portions, or cool it after cooking, place in refridgerator until firm, then slice into ind. pieces

cooked eggs are almost always best eaten up by the next day - shop-bought quiches use pasturised eggs which will last slightly longer and a frozen quiche (shudder!) If it's not gone too watery (depends on the filling) eat on the day thawed

Personally, I wouldn't eat reheated eggs. My husband is a Poultry Farmer so I've seen the process it takes to get the eggs to the buyers. Besides, I think reheated eggs taste foul (no pun intended!). Trust me, quiche is not worth freezing. But, if you insist - 2 days maximum.

It does not have a long life.
Just 2 or most 3 days. Freezer, it may last a bit more. But consume soon .

Til someone has eaten it, sorry couldnt resist that!!!
but I guess 2 days really.
The same time if frozen, though the consistency may have changed depending on what ingredients you have in it!

2 days MAXIMUM fresh or frozen. Home made ones taste MUCH MUCH better than the shop bought ones.
