I barely even know her. Besides the fact I'm in college, and her prom during the weekend before finals. She lives two hours away. And I'm pretty sure she's obsessed with me. I really don't know what to do, or tell her. Does anyone have some advice?

Tell her no as nicely and as clearly as you can. Don't make it a long, drawn-out thing. Just firmly say you can't make it because of any of those reasons you've listed above (the two-hour drive during finals is enough).

This is one of those situations where it's inevitable that her feelings will get a little hurt. But she'll be fine and she'll move on.

Sometimes making others happy makes alot of difference.
What if you were her shoes think about it.
Share abit and in return you get lots,if nothing much then the cheering smile you will bring on her face would be worth a million.

would you go to the prom with someone you like and you have finals and is two hours away? if yes tell her your not interest and you think she is beautiful but she is not for you.
this way you cover yourself for future reference, she wont call you and ask to go to her sister wedding.

and if no. then tell her you have finals, but thank your flater.

Life is just a matter of choices and options. What else would you do that night? Do you enjoy her company? Might you make a new friend?
Or would you be misleading her and cause yourself unexpected drama?

you ought to let her down gently. Make excuses but don't sound too desperate to get rid of her.

You could say.. 'hey listen, i thought you & me were going together, but as things turn out, there's this girl who came along..''

Anyhoo, best of luck!

Let her down easy and tell her you have finals and that's more important.
