My throat really hurt, and I cough alot. She still sent me to school, even though I have 2 sickness. Everytime I swallod it hurt. Why can't my mom let me stay home.

Sorry but your moms the boss and no one can tell her what to do even if it isnt a good idea for you to go to school if you are sick. Go to school and if you still are feeling bad go to the school nurse and she will check you out and if she finds that your throat is irritated and have a fever she will call your mother and ask her to pick you up and take you home. This way you arent going against your mother and the school is happy that you showed up and they are the ones sending you home. If you can manage to make it through the day you really should try because when ever you miss a day of school it only makes the next day even harder when it comes to your school work since you miss out on all the instructions. I used to really hate school when I was younger and would try everything in the world to stay home but once I got older I was glad my mom made me go everyday. It makes all the difference in the world when it comes time to making a living. By the way you dont have two sicknesses either , you have a cough which irritated your throat. Get some cough drops and something to soothe your throat and go to school unless you have a fever.

She can let you stay home she just chooses not to because she thinks you'll miss too much work or she thinks you might need the sick day for a worse sickness it is really her desicion... you should ask her why she made you go if you want the real answer because she can keep you home anytime she wants

no that wouldnt be such a good idea. just take some cough medicine an hour before you go to school. that way you dont miss anything

IM SURE ONCE YOUR AT SCHOOL WITH YOUR MATES, YOU SOON FORGET ABOUT IT!........ NO POINT BUNKING SCHOOL FOR MINOR ILLNESS, SCHOOL TO IMPORTANT TO NOT GO, JOBS ARE HARDER TO GET AND IM SURE YOU WOULD REALLY WANT TO LEAVE SCHOOL WITH SUCESSFUL GRADES!
