Slow down. It sounds like it's time to re-evaluate your goals. Losing 10kg is a big deal, congratulations. The first thing you need to do is think about getting in some weight training. Continue with the cardio - by no means should you let your neighbor's wandering eyes interfere with your taking charge of your own health. Then you need to start keeping a food diary & find out some trigger points you could work on. Are you drinking enough water? Making the nutritional most of your snacks? Think about where you want to go with this program and what you can change to get you there. Good luck!

I suggest that you try body cleansing. I tried it and really got lean quickly. I lost 15 pounds in 9 days and also 3 inches off my waist. I do body sculpting so getting leaner was my goal. My sister did this program too and she lost a lot of weight quickly. I did not know too much about cleansing but there are a lot of TV commercials about this stuff. This is a body cleanse and not just a colon cleanse, I wanted my body to get lean quickly and this did the trick! whether its gaining or losing weight it does not happen in weeks..
early losing of weight can be there , as you tend to reduce your fat around your tummy a bit.
just continue what you are doing , walking is the best excercise of all.
join swimming class. play outdoor games.
all these things work well when you do it daily. don't always do things just because you are going to lose weight.
enjoy what you are doing. or find something that you will enjoy.
i think you will do well.
All the best

sounds like u've reached a plateau. u're not gonna lose much more because u're doing the same thing u did to lose the first 10kg. now u've got to add something else. try lifting small weights, either free weights, or adding walking weights while u walk/run. u should also consider a treadmill if u don't like people to see u. i personally enjoy doing workout videos. u could do this in the privacy of your own home in addition to your walking.
