IF she likes ytou then what are you waiting for .. .you already know the hard part ....if she likes you just go up to her and tell her your name and you've been noticing her for a while now the when she responds go from there you can't plan too far ahead of time especially if you've never talked to her before just feed off of her responses if youre nervouse you will be more smooth that way ......good luck homie

Try a note of a phone call. Of course it would be better to tell he in person. You could write her a poem if you are talented that way.

Or if your in school , talk about school, if you work together talk about work ....
