Go see a doctor. There are diseases and nutrient deficiencies that can cause this problem. If you are found to be healthy, make sure you get enough sleep. At least 7 hours. Eat healthy, good balanced meals. Get your blood moving (exercise like a brisk walk) right before the time that you feel sleepiest.

I would advise..
2 peg (pint) of Red Wine..around 7.30pm every day. It eleminates the stress and provides very fresh day...

May be it is due to gastric trouble if u r a gastric person.
take a pinch of aajawain after ur dinner ,and take 5 to six fresh mint leaves after ur lunch.
Take enough rest at night ,eat healthy food like fruits and leafy veggies.keep ur stomuch clean.

i know it must be very difficult to manage home as well as office, so start a refreshing day& create greenary around u .when ever u feel lonely just take a walk/do something which u love to.and always keep some time for u'r self.
