Well.. that depends on what cockroaches might mean to you.
Let's see... since it's well known that roaches can live a LONG time without food or water, without a head, surviving pesticides, etc.
This COULD ( but I won't say DOES) mean that you've just survived or are about to go through and survive some hardships.
If you were unaware of any of this and only thought of them at filthy creatures, you may be having some guilt about something you've done or have been thinking of doing.
OR... and most likely..... it simply means you've dreamed of being a cockroach.
