She may be tired, dehydrated or have food allergies.

Sleep and water are easy fixes. My 5yo goes to bed at 7pm each evening and to be honest, I think sometimes she is still tired. School at that age can be incredibly tiring. We find a Sunday afternoon nap works wonders.

As for food allergies, it is less likely, but still a possibility. See if what she eats makes a difference to the severity, but I would not advise exclusion diets ona young child without the advice of a dietitian.

If she is getting enough sleep then they might be a symptom of a mild illness or allergy. I would give it a few days of rest and vitamin C (fruit juice) and if she still has tired eyes then go to the doctors with her to get her tested for allergies or sickness.

It is due to allergies of some sort. My daughter has them as well, I took her to the doctors and they stated allergies. We narrowed it down to pasta or something within pasta. Start watching what she eats alot of, take that item away and see if it clears up, if not go to the next food item. You will notice a difference once you catch on to the item that causes the allergy.

Could be the bruising of raccoon eyes a sign of head injury. Tiredness might have a cause. Get a doc to check her out.

get her to sleep more and drink a lot more water, and also eat healthy meals with all the vitamins she needs. if this doesn't help after a couple weeks, maybe see a doctor. it could be allergies.
