There are two options here,either get yourself a bunion strap this just holds the bunion tightly also the big toe will be in the strap too,or surgery.Its a painful procedure and you will be in a plaster cast for about 6 wks but the outcome is very successful,i see alot off these in my career and alot off patients come bck to us pain free.Good Luck

You can get a strap that you put on and it straightens your bunion but you can also go for an operation and have it straightened, they sort of file your bunion down. Sounds painful but thats what they do!

You can opt for wider shoes but corrective surgery on the big toe is the best remedy. So many procedures can be done-depends on the age of the patient.
