Its quiet simple - just look at the pictures of ur wife(if married) or girl friend - and start thinking about the moments you have spent with your sweetheart - you will see that you have started enjoying every moment of it...

I generally start thinking about my wife - when I am upset and in few minutes I gets normal and become fresh -

Its very normal you know - try it...:)

Say a flight prayer before taking off. I'm not religious so I name every god I know. I don't want to offend any of them. Also, remember the pilots want to get where you are going too.
