In my industry, the etiquette is that you call the salon and explain the situation. Most salons will not offer a full refund, but a no-charge re-cut by the same designer. If that is not satifactory to you, the salon may offer you something else. Something to keep in mind... not only do you pay for the service, but you also pay for the stylists time. The stylist upheld the time element... however maybe fell short in the service portion. Call the salon. Both the stylist and salon want you to be happy.

You should have complained in the salon and they would have had to fix it and give you either full or part refund I would give them a call and tell them you are not happy with the level of service and that you want it sorted as it is your right as a customer and if they don't sort it you will be taking further action they will more than likely sort it for you and give you your money back or a free hair cut next time but if you have this problem again tell them staright away

You can always ask what they can do about how you feel about your hair since they did it. But usually no salons don't offer refunds this is because they already spent alot of money on you from equipment and products which cost them the most money. Usually they will do something to help you though so maybe you should speak up for yourself and just ask for it or go to a salon you know will cut your hair in the style you like don't be afraid to ask.

you absolutely can! All you have to do is go to the stylist and tell them that when you got home and styled it yourself it was not at all what you wanted. I have been using the same stylist for years, and occasionally it happens to me, but he usually fixes it for free. Maybe this person will at least do that if not give you a full refund.

a million. i paid £70 and walked out the save with moist hair. after I were given living house i dried my hair to discover it became an particularly very magnificent orange and yellow patchy mess with diverse colored roots and information. You in no way EVER go away a salon without being completely chuffed - and meaning contained with regards to coloration, you've it dried. 2.. No shampoo is going to regulate coloration to that volume. they ought to fix it for loose - attempt having a talk along with your interior sight paper - they could have an interest if the damage is that severe - any good salon could. in the journey that they flat out refuse, flow elsewhere and get it looked after.

Probably not a refund. Although most reputable salons will offer you a free cut or service.

Yes, you can if your not happy with it, go back as soon as and tell them ,depending on what the say, if there a good shop they should help you but if not tell them your go to trading standards, cause a few years back i got my hair coloured wasn't happy with it when i got back home phoned them and they where happy to do it again free of charge.

You usually can, even after you've left. My friend had a really bad hair cut got home then phoned the salon saying she was really unhappy and they sorted it for her.
