I'd like to take a few trips this year and don't have anyone with the time or the money to go with me. I don't mind travelling alone at all. However, one of the trips I want to take is to the california redwoods. I don't know anything about that area and don't know where to start for planning. I wouldn't mind joining a group tour, but I don't want a very structured itinerary. And I definitely don't want a singles travel dating service. Are there websites that might offer what I am looking for?

wow, if i was you i would go to LA and San Diego, CA. but but wait just a few miles more and you are in Tijuana...get a local to give you the tour of the many splendors for the single in Tijuana and the other Mexican border towns...you will be amazed at the attractions you will see and the fun you will have on just a little money...Californian is expensive but Mexico is still cheap and a goldmine of fun..but it really helps to learn some Spanish ...but take American money...don't bother to convert to pesos...its worth more..have fun Amigo!
